In the midst of devastation and despair, our Navy is there. This photo evokes tears of sadness, pride, hope and love. Food and water are essential. So is knowing that you have not been forgotten, that somebody cares. That someone sees and knows you are suffering, but wants to shelter you however they can. Our Navy showed up. They showed up big for this guy.
